Spring Antenna

The spring antenna range consists of compact copper helical antennas for internal mounting, covering 433MHz, 470MHz, 650MHz, 868MHz, GSM and 2.4G WiFi bands. Coil lengths run from about 15mm to 37mm with 2dBi gain, and gold or nickel plating options are available for different corrosion-resistance and soldering requirements on the production line, from bare copper to plated finishes.

A spring antenna can be welded directly onto the PCB, including right-angle welding for convenient assembly, which removes the cost of cables and connectors. The pure copper coil offers stable transmission and high signal sensitivity in a small footprint, suiting sub-GHz and 2.4G wireless products where internal space is tight and the antenna must sit close to the board.
