Stamped antenna

Stamped antenna products are metal stamping antennas for internal wireless use, with most models covering 2.4G or dual-band 2.4G and 5.8G WiFi. Body sizes span roughly 16.8mm to 31.3mm, and the omnidirectional stamped elements serve built-in designs, including metal stamping antennas for satellite dish antenna assemblies and vertical base-station-style configurations. Several full-band omnidirectional models were developed for mobile phone and wireless module integration.

The stamped metal construction provides strong conductivity with high tensile elasticity, giving good compression and stretching behavior where the element contacts the board. Stainless steel antenna shrapnel and PCB spring contacts are also available in this category. The material is anti-corrosion and temperature resistant, and sizes can be customized for different internal layouts and dual-band WiFi requirements.
